One-room apartment: These apartments are cool, light, simple and functional, with a fully equipped recently renovated kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, bedroom for 2 people with space for an extra folding bed, directly on the sea, and a balcony with an amazing view of the Ionian Sea from sunrise till sunset!
Two-room apartment: Both apartments are situated on the first floor, with entrance, 2 bedrooms with private balcony, bathroom with bath, fully equipped separate kitchen with large fridge, and an exceptional external patio (20 mq) where you can eat while enjoying an unforgettable view of the sea! |

The entirely enclosed property is 13,000 mq in size, directly on the sea, surrounded by pine and poplar trees, with many types of flowers. It also has a garden area with sun loungers and umbrellas, external showers, private access to the sea, a large barbecue where you can entertain friends and reserved parking.
At a distance of 450 m, you will find Guardiola Beach where the nearby tavern (one of the best on the island) provides its guests with free use of its sun loungers and umbrellas.
